Zhen Shaohua, Vice General Manager of China Communications Construction Attended the Signing Ceremony of Grand Plaza Project in Los Angeles
On October 13, the signing ceremony of Grand Plaza Project of Los Angeles of CCCG Overseas Real Estate was held in L.A. Zhen Shaohua, Vice General Manager of China Communications Construction Group and Chairman of the supervisory board of China Communications Construction, Ken Himmel, CEO of Related Companies, Ren Hongpeng, Director of CCCG Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., and Liu Haiyan, Commercial Counselor of Chinese Consulate General in Los Angeles attended the signing ceremony. Ken Himmel and Ren Hongpeng signed the contract on behalf of both sides.

Zhen Shaohua briefly introduced the development strategy of oversea real estate business of China Communication Construction on the signing ceremony. He said that the landing of Grand Plaza project in Los Angeles is an important milestone for the CCCG Overseas Real Estate's business development in developed countries and a good start for long-term strategic cooperation and development of real estate market in US of China Communications Construction and Related Companies. He hopes that CCCG Overseas Real Estate and Related Companies will continually promote preliminary works of the project and well implement the project for the contribution of the updating progress of central urban area of Los Angeles. Chinese Consulate General in Los Angeles and persons in charge of the Los Angeles government departments showed their support for Grand Plaza project.
Grand Plaza project locates in the core area of central business area of Los Angeles, covering an area of 13,000 square meters. It is planned to be developed into large symbolic synthesis of 150,000 square meters which include business, hotels, apartments and parking lots. Total investment of the project is USD 965 million.
Los Angeles government departments, overseas business division of China Communication Construction, CHEC, China Road and Bridge Corporation, CCCG America, ZPMC and representatives of related enquiry agencies of project's preliminary works attended the signing ceremony.
